Oak Valley Rangers expand their capacity for remote incident management

In December Last year and June this year 2019 the newly established ranger team based at the remote Aboriginal community of Oak Valley in South Australia under took training in an introduction four wheel drive operation and emergency response. The rangers put their skills to the test in recovering vehicles, satellite phone operation, search and rescue and drone operation. The rangers need these skills to assist them with managing visitors to the Mumungarri Conservation park which they co manage with SA National Parks and Wildlife
